'Wonders of Wood' Sat 22 – Sun 23 June Ryedale Museum and Ryedale Book festival join forces The Ryedale Folk Museum is holding its wonderful ‘wonders of wood’ event for a second year. This year it is a little different with The Ryedale Book Festival holding activities alongside the traditional wooden craft demonstrators. A fantastic opportunity to celebrate all the uses of wood. Wooden Craft Demonstrators Chair Caning Christine Addley has been caning and rushing for many years, too many to recall. She runs classes and workshops as well as demonstrating all over Yorkshire, including our wonders of wood event.
