The Kirkbymoorside Camera Club Exhibition at the Museum will be closed from Friday 27th May - Monday 30th May inclusive as the Manor House is being used by the Ryedale Folk Weekend Festival. The exhibition will re-open again on Tuesday 31st May. The Members' Monochrome part of the show has now finished, but Ryedale View with fantastic photographs from around the local area continues from 31 May in the Manor House. So make sure you have time to come and see this amazing exhibition before it closes at the end of June!

Glorious sunny day here on Sunday (between odd showers) and we had over 60 Classic Cars plus a Scooter Group at the Museum :

Some pictures from the 68th Lambton's Foot re-enactors at the Museum yesterday. They're here again today (Sunday) so come and join them for a political knockabout 18th-century style !

This weekend.14/15th May we have a group of re-enactors organising a 18th Century Hustings. This is the  re-enacting of the 1761 election process during the General election of that year.

Our little Silkies have produced 3 little black chicks. These are now in their own little run in the orchard. They are so cute.
